With more than 25 years as an executive of national and international consulting, technology and telecommunications firms, he has lead large-scale organizational transformations in the commercial field, customer experience and digital transformation. Sergio founded BCN in 2000. He was Customer Experience and Digital Transformation Manager at Entel for the B2B segment and Consultancy Director at Ernst & Young, Information Services Manager at Unisys Corporation and Consultancy Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
MAITEA ARRAU
Extensive experience as an executive in consulting, telecommunications, forestry and paper companies. Maitea has a vast professional career in areas of business process transformation, management models and labor law, as well as management comptrollership and external auditing. Previously she held executive positions in companies such as CMPC, Entel, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and practiced as a lawyer in labor, family, commercial and civil matters.
NICOLÁS RENCORET
More than 20 years of experience in areas of strategy, digital transformation and marketing consulting. It also specializes in the design and development of products, services and channels.
From Entel and with steps at BCG and Accenture, he has led multidisciplinary senior management teams in different industries, where he manages projects through open innovation, service design and design thinking techniques for co-defined and consensual resolution of challenges.
He has developed product and service strategies in banking, retail, telco, transportation and logistics and startups.
MARIA PAZ BIZE
Extensive experience in organizational transformation processes, leadership and team development, enhancing effectiveness, collaboration and the sense of work in people and organizations. María Paz has vast experience in individual coaching processes for executives and group coaching for leadership teams. She has participated in multiple projects of his specialty in prestigious organizations such as: Cencosud, Agrosuper, Farmacias Ahumada, Ministry of Energy, Sercotec and Indap.
JOSE PEDRO IPINZA
With more than 25 years of experience as a business consultant and executive in commercial, industrial, retail, electrical, and service organizations. José Pedro has a vast professional career serving as Business Manager, Commercial Manager, Sales Manager and General Manager, in prestigious national and multinational companies such as Walmart, Colbún and Alcatel Standard Electric. He has led and developed multiple projects in areas of strategic planning, operations transformation, sales, and marketing.
